A deposit is typically required at the time of booking, with the balance due by the deadline set by the tour operator. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

Payment methods accepted: credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and in-person payments.

Should you wish to amend or cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Fees or penalties may apply depending on the tour operator's policies.

We will always do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once a booking is confirmed.

It is a condition of booking with Journey the World that you have adequate travel insurance to cover your holiday, including cancellations, medical expenses, and repatriation.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, any necessary visas, and meet the health requirements for your destination. We can offer guidance but are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect documentation.

Journey the World acts as a booking agent and cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers. We will, however, support you as much as possible in resolving any issues that arise.
