We are an independent travel agency in Knowle. Being independent allows us to use our extensive range of tour operators to tailor each travel experience perfectly to our clients brief and ensuring they get the best value for money.

At Journey the World, our excellent team have amassed a wealth of knowledge from over 150 years combined experience in the industry. We are regularly travelling to established locations as well as exploring the new up and coming destinations, gaining valuable first hand experience which we can then pass on to our clients. Having travelled to over 50 countries between us, there is very little of the world left untouched by Journey the World’s dedicated staff.

We offer a friendly and personal one to one service, promising to never sell the same holiday twice. Each booking is tailored to suit your exact requirements, ensuring every holiday with us is memorable for all the right reasons.  We are not a faceless internet company; we take pride in our work and thrive on taking all the hassle and time consuming research away from you. Guy commenced travel when he was 17 years of age following his mother and brothers passion working in travel. At the age of 57, Guy now completes 40 years in the industry, he says ‘golly, how its changed, I must write a book’.  But his passion has never dwindled and still loves every day in the industry. He set up Journey the World in March 1997 which makes the company the same age as the Spice Girls at 24 years.

Most favourite destination: Mauritius, I have to say that as I was married on the beach in Mauritius ! a close second is the Maldives & watching The Eagles at MSG in New York.
